BrainLit launches BrainLit Alven – the world’s first personal BioCentric Lighting™ solution.
BioCentric Lighting by Swedish company BrainLit has spread around the world as the solution for delivering health benefits through simulated natural light indoors. With the launch of BrainLit’s brand-new product BrainLit Alven, the scientifically proven health benefits of natural light can now be delivered on a personal level in workplaces, home offices, and virtually any other location.
BrainLit Alven is the world’s first personal, connected, dynamic and free-standing LED luminaire powered BioCentric Lighting™ system, which delivers a more natural light to its user. Regardless of industry, BrainLit Alven helps synchronize daylight needs and supports beneficial health outcomes.
– Science continuously moves forward, and as a health technology company firmly based on science, so does BrainLit. We are thrilled to bring BrainLit Alven to market and make light truly personal, BrainLit CEO Niclas Möttus Olsson says.
BrainLit Alven delivers personal BioCentric light in the form of light recipes and scenes, which are light settings with varying levels of light and color intensity. BrainLit Alven’s default light recipe, known as AutoLit, is based on how natural daylight changes over the day. Light scenes available via BrainLit Alven at launch include Boost, which helps increase alertness, and Relax, which creates a calmer, soothing light environment.
BrainLit Alven is controlled either via the BrainLit App or via the device’s touch pad. Connecting BrainLit Alven to the internet allows for remote software updates and service support.
– Our goal is to continue improve lives through BioCentric lighting. BrainLit Alven will definitely help us to achieve that goal, Niclas Möttus Olsson says.
